Maple Signature Series Legs

This is the Signature Series table leg from 1600design. We are quickly becoming known for our unique leg designs and this is our most elegant design to date. This set of 4 legs made from Hard Maple feature an eye-catching crisscrossed inlay design. We make these legs by hand in very small batches right here in Greenwood, Indiana. From start to finish, one set of legs takes almost 8 man hours to complete. They are truly a labor of love.

The dual direction geometric shape makes the leg extremely strong and rigid. The metal bracket adds even more rigidity and allows the leg to be installed with just two screws (provided). However, these legs are not intended to be used on dining tables. They are well suited for hall tables, side tables, coffee tables, etc... The height of each leg is easily cut to fit your particular project. 

As with all of our furniture, we use the finest Indiana grown hardwoods. We offer these legs unfinished, ready for your stain or clearcoat -OR- finished with two coats of polyurethane. Maple remains light in color and looks phenomenal with just a polyurethane finish. It does not accept stains as well as other species.

The height of each leg is 29.75" and can easily be cut as short as 16". At 16" the crisscrossed inlay would be just above the bottom of the leg. We would be happy to cut the legs to your custom height at no extra charge. Just leave a note with your custom measurement when purchasing. (The picture of the finished table shows the maple version cut to 24" in height.) The top of the leg measures 6.5" in both directions.
